Application Skills Of Inkjet Printers Aug 31, 2018

First, in the process of using color inkjet cartridges (hereinafter referred to as homogeneous cartridges), attention should be paid to the balanced use of red, yellow, blue and other colors. Do not print pictures with a particular color, because as long as one color is used up in the cartridge, even if other colors are not used up, the inkjet cartridges can not continue to use. Generally speaking, the higher the resolution of printed images, the more ink will be used. Light colors consume less ink, and bright red or blue composite colors require more than one basic color combination, thus consuming more ink.

Second, do not switch the printer frequently, because many types of printers will execute self-checking procedures when starting, will consume ink, as far as possible will need to print materials together together (but also pay attention not to let the printer continue to work too long), this will also save ink.

Three, if the ink head of the integrated cartridge head is blocked, it can be improved by the following methods:

1. Immerse the print head part (excluding the circuit board) in warm water for about 10-20 minutes, and let the warm water dissolve the dye of the dry knot (note: keep the circuit board dry).

2. Put the print head on a few soft and dry paper towels. Let the paper towel slowly absorb the residual water and ink from the nozzle. Do not wipe the print head vigorously. If the cartridge is to be used immediately, it can be put back to the correct position in the printer. If not temporarily, you can buy a special print head protection seat (clip) properly stored, the rubber pad in the protection seat (clip) can block the air, keep the nozzle long-term wet.

3. Never print the cartridge when it is short of ink. Printing will cause the nozzle to burn out (because it only uses the potential nozzle to eject ink and borrow ink to dissipate heat).
